Every time a grandchild was born I hoped one day to be able to give them that Magical Disney Experience - just like my parents had done for my sons. In 2021, despite the pandemic and maybe because of it, it seemed the time couldn't be more right - they were at that sweet age of 10, 8 and 5 when magic can be real.
Chris made that Magic reality. Seemingly effortlessly, always attentively, 100% thoroughly and forever joyfully. So much so that I wish she were by my side over the last 45 years when I visited Disney in Anaheim, Tokyo, Paris, Hong Kong and Orlando. She made our family's December 2021 Disney World experience truly the most wonderful of them all.
Most people only use 15% of their computer's capabilities. Same with Disney. Most of us get completely overwhelmed by the Disneyworld website and everything Disney has to offer. Chris boosted our capacity to enjoy Disney to 150%. It seems almost too easy since all I had to do was TALK to her about my idea of a perfect vacation, like:
✔️ Family staying all in one location in one beautiful villa sleeping 12 at The Riviera
✔️No waiting in line during meal time by pre-reservations in the coolest restaurants
✔️Recommendations and access to the best classic as well as the newest and hottest rides and attractions!!
✔️Securing our VIP Guide so that we ended up doing almost 20 rides in one day!!
✔️Getting ALL the details right from park reservations, park-hopper passes, Magic Bands, travel insurance to where to order groceries to stock up our room fridge.
Apart from the weather Chris worked her Magic on every detail . A week prior to departure, Chris hosted a Zoom meeting with family members - all questions answered and expert tips on how to squeeze the best out of the My Disney Experience App. We felt stress-less and psyched!

“Working with Chris on our trip to Walt Disney World in Florida was a joy. Chris spent almost two years helping make our trip happen (it was rescheduled many times because of Covid). She was consistent in keeping us on track, making calls and gathering information on our behalf, and arranging, rearranging, and coordinating plans. Her knowledge of and guidance around every Disney detail—transportation, rides, hotels, food, etc.—was indispensable. She listened attentively to our needs and wants and made recommendations based on what was best for our family of five. Choosing a Disney hotel can be overwhelming, but Chris reserved the most perfect hotel for our family. She even found a week in December when park crowds were reasonable and we could experience Disney’s Christmas and 50th Anniversary decorations. We decided on a last minute trip and Chris came highly recommended. I only had 5 weeks to plan our first trip to Disney World and I was overwhelmed! Chris helped me with everything - hotel booking, transportation arrangement, fastpass booking and dinning reservations. She knew we were traveling with our 4 year old so she based her recommendations on our needs and shared from her personal experience. She even provided information on best ways to get groceries sent to the resort, what to pack etc. She is knowledgeable and very prompt with her replies. This is the second time we planned our Disney trip with Chris and the experience was exceptional. Chris has great knowledge about the parks inside out. Not only she helps us plan where to stay and dine but she also booked fast pass for us. I am a working mom therefore doesn’t have much time to do research on Disney and it can be overwhelming with all the information that’s out there. Chris makes sure that I am comfortable with her planning and keep in touch with me before, during and after the trip with no extra cost. I will never plan my Disney/ Universal Studios trip without Chris!

In January 2020 my wife and I decided to visit my brother and his wife in Florida for two weeks. Coincidentally our birthdays were due during these two weeks so we decided, pretty much at the last minute, to spend a couple of days in Disney World to celebrate. We happened to be at our daughters visiting for several days and she mentioned that she knew a Disney travel rep that could help us in this regard. Turned out it was the best decision because of the last minute timing. Chris was so enthusiastic and exceptional in making our arrangements in all aspects. She left no stone unturned and was so caring about our arrangements. She was like a whirlwind in the short time we had to map out what we wanted to do there and she came thru with flying colors. She followed up even when we were in Disney.

Thanks SO much Chris for helping to plan our magical trip to Disneyland!! We basically stepped out of the Santa Ana airport and everything was taken care of and so seamless!
